An anxiety attack is an abrupt time of painful fear or apprehension that develops for no particular reason and causes severe physical reactions. Sometimes being so sudden can be very frightening. Some people may only have one or two attacks in their entire life time. But, if you are having them often, it may mean you have a panic disorder. Today, panic attacks are seen as real medical conditions, but were once seen as related to stress or nerves. Psychotherapy, relaxation techniques and medication can be helpful in preventing and controlling them.
It is important to first recognize the symptoms of the panic attack. Many will mistake one as a heart attack because of the shortness of breath that may occur. If you are not certain, it is a good idea to check with your doctor to make sure you do not have other medical problems or heart conditions. Recognize the symptoms and accept them and try not to fight them. Learn the early signs and symptoms of a Panic Attack, sometimes they can even be stopped at the first sign. Although the setting of a panic attack is usually very normal, they commonly occur during stressful times of life, such as death, divorce, or moving.
Even though panic attacks benefit greatly from professional treatment, you can help to manage symptoms yourself with some lifestyle changes and self-help steps. Once you learn to recognize the symptoms of a panic attack there are many coping techniques to alleviate them. Some of the most common are fast heartbeat, inability to sit still, dizziness and shortness of breath.
Some techniques you might try include:
- Joining a support group will help you by connecting and talking to others who struggle with your same problems.
- Breathe in for seven second and then breathe out for eleven seconds. With your eyes closed, repeat this several times. You can practice this technique any time to prepare yourself.
- Learn stress management and relaxation techniques. Yoga and meditation are two very good options.
- Avoid alcohol, caffeine and drugs; all which can cause or worsen a panic attack.
- Try to think about the situation objectively. Ask yourself if there is any logical reason that you should be panicking at that particular time. Tell yourself you are safe and there is no reason to be afraid; this may help you to calm down and relax.

It is correct to express your feelings. Though, doing so in compelling manner is dangerous and should be dodged. When you accept and become aware that you have anger management trouble, you are on the right track to solving the trouble. countless people fail to accept and identify the fact that they are indeed angry. The reason is because they tend to fear the negative response they will receive from people.
Identifying the root and source of your anger is very vital if you ever want to restrict your emotions. Once you’ve diagnosed the source, the next thing you should do is to channel your energy to solving it. Along with, it will help you to keep away from things that make you angry.
One of the reasons that people get angry and unable to restrict it is their inability to let go. While it is accurate that past experiences can haunt us, there is need to forget them. When you don’t let go of these past experiences, you’ll perceive that you get angry very without problems. And this is very dangerous.
There are a lot of ways to restrict your anger. One of the manners is to attend free anger management classes and meetings. countless of these abound around you. One of the management techniques that you can use to face anger is to keep away from solving setbacks, rather take control. There is a saying that “there is a answer to every trouble” that make people believe that they can solve every trouble. But in reality, you cannot solve every trouble that comes your way. This is because some things are out of your control. What you should do instead is to take control of the situations at hand. This is the way to be free from the results of anger.
There is need for you to take hold of yourself when you are angry. You can do this through communication. Right communication will help you to listen well to others as well as think constructively.
You can comfortably face your anger when you take it easy. Try to relax your whole body. The choice to get angry or not relies on you. When you take it easy, you will be able to think about the end product of your action or words before getting angry.
While it is good for you to be angry, it becomes dangerous to you and others when you cannot restrict it. The best way to tackle this is to divert all your anger into more productive activities.
There is a penchant to lose control of yourself when you are angry. When this takes place, you are no longer in control of what you say or do at that moment. You may regret your sayings and actions when everything settles.

The Power of Gratitude
What is Gratitude ?
Gratitude in its simplest form is Saying “Thank You”. Who should we say “ thank you” to and why. Lets start by looking at why we should say “thank you” or words of gratitude
Gratitude is a very important because it’s a thought vibration of high Positive Energy. Its Also Powerfully Attractive. One writer says it connects us to the Source.
We cannot exercise much power without Gratitude because its gratitude that connects u to the power. Because we become what we think about most when we show gratitude we attract more of the very thing we are grateful for.
We are taught that we should see our goals as already accomplished and we should say “thank you” now show gratitude now . This is a powerful way ensure that we are channel positive energies on the things we want.
Now based on what we have discussed so far we can see that gratitude is very important in attracting more of what we want. Now why isn’t more people using this simple universal law
Most people are reluctant to be grateful because of the scarcity mentality that has been instilled within us. If we think there isn’t enough in the world to go around, that we need to be fighting or struggling to get what we want. Lets Look to see how abundant this universe is and we will see that scarcity is a myth.
Science has proven that everything in the universe is energy. Do we have an abundance of this raw material? lets see. A recent survey show that we are only using 4% of the available energy in the universe. That means that 96% is left over. This means this is an abundant universe and there is enough to go around for everyone.
So let choose to focus on abundance and eliminate the myth of scarcity. We can choose to create our success rather than compete for a limited supply. When we create our success we empower ourselves. With Success in mind and abundance in view then we can Show more Gratitude. “thank you”
Recent scientific survey of the cosmos added up everything they could find and determined that only about 4% of the available energy was used to make the entire universe! There’s 96% left over, or enough for 25 more universes! That seems pretty abundant to me.
So let’s choose a different way of thinking. We can see an abundant supply, rather than scarcity. We can choose to create our success, rather than compete for a limited supply. When we do this, we cease to be a victim of circumstances and we begin to reclaim our power over our lives! Seeing the universe this way is the first step in the law of gratitude.
Take a Look How show gratitude Can Enhance or Lives

More and more people are looking into ways of losing weight. Obesity is an ever increasing problem and being over-weight can cause many different health problems. This article gives free advice to help people in their fight to lose weight.
There are many different diets out there which try to help people to lose their excess fat, these can be very difficult to follow as the whole reason we are over-weight is because of our love for food. The diets themselves normally recommend us to eat healthy but uninspiring foods. These diets have never really worked for me, mainly because I have possibly not got the right attitude but mainly because I find it hard to stick to them. A month maybe, six months certainly not.
In my opinion exercise is the best way to lose weight. Going to a gym is certainly not for everyone and is somewhere I feel out of place and exposed. I always feel that people are looking, talking and laughing at me behind my back. Maybe I am just too paranoid.
I personally would recommend hiring a personal trainer. Now you might think that only the rich and famous could possibly do this but you would be wrong. There are many personal fitness trainers who are either connected to a gym or who advertise locally in newspapers or magazines.
These are specially trained people who are willing to come to your house to show you how to correctly exercise and they do not cost an arm and a leg.
If you have attempted this route before but have had a negative experience do not despair. It may well be because you just did not hit it off with your personal trainer. I have been using a personal trainer for the last five months and only plumped for him after trying out four others first.
My personal trainer is very good for me. He keeps me on my toes, is very good at making me continue to work hard when all I want to do is quit. He is also very fair and seems to understand how far to push me. Together we have worked out and agreed a program which includes various goals for the future. He seems to also understand about the types of food which I should and should not be eating. I am happily still able to eat a lot of foods which I like and he has also introduced me to a number of other ideas which are healthy but also very tasty.
Hiring a personal trainer was the best thing I have ever done with regards to losing weight and I would recommend it to other people. I have now lost the beer belly and still continue working hard, it is now more as a fitness thing rather than to lose even more weight. lose cellulite
The trainer has even stated that I am likely to actually gain weight in the future as certain muscles grow. I will not be fat though, I will be toned and a little but muscular. I look forward to the future and can also now for the first time in a number of years enjoy shopping for clothes. velashape

Genital herpes is a sexually transmitted disease, otherwise known as the Herpes Simplex Virus 2, or HSV2. It is estimated that around 1 in 6 Americans currently carry the genital herpes virus.
If you have genital herpes, you are probably aware by now that unfortunately there is no cure. As depressing as that is, what many people do not know is that herpes is a very controllable and treatable diet. Home treatments can really help keep outbreaks at bay, and can be used as an alternative to prescription drugs, or just a way to boost the effectiveness of prescribed treatments.
The virus lays dormant in the body, even when not causing symptoms, and waits for a trigger to cause an outbreak. An outbreak can be caused by stress, sickness, poor diet, vast changes in temperature (such as a heatwave, cold snap or going on holidays to a different climate) and many other factors that vary from person to person.
This does not mean though that people with genital herpes should just suffer the rest of their lives from the symptoms and outbreaks of this disease. Because though there is no cure for genital herpes, its symptoms can be easily managed.
The key in dealing with genital herpes effectively is to avoid outbreaks. There are people with genital herpes who have not had outbreaks in years. They have been able to this with the help of a healthy lifestyle and a positive attitude. There are several genital herpes home treatments that can be done to help avoid outbreaks and deal with it if they occur. Below are a couple of genital herpes home treatment tips that can help anyone suffering from genital herpes.
1. Good diet. The best genital herpes home treatment is food. Diet can play an important role in the control of outbreaks. Individuals with herpes should eat a lot of cranberries, broccoli, cabbage and brussels because these foods are known to effectively control genital herpes outbreaks.
2. Natural topical treatments. If outbreaks do occur you can use all-natural topical treatments such as honey, aloe vera, red marine algae, tea tree oil and eucalyptus. All of these herbal remedies have a soothing and anti-inflammatory effect that can diminish the pain and itching associated with outbreaks. You can purchase these ingredients individually, or you can get a homeopathic blend of several concentrated natural treatments from a naturopath or homeopathic practioner.
3. High lysine, low arganine. Lysine is a natural fighter of genital herpes and one of the best genital herpes home treatments. You can get lysine in pill form from health food stores, and one a day will really keep outbreaks away. It is also dynamite for avoiding cold sores. Arganine is the nasty amino acid that helps outbreaks flourish, and is found in sugary and fatty foods. Cut high arginine foods out of your diet to stop outbreaks from taking hold.
By just following these three genital herpes home treatment tips you can go a long way towards reducing outbreak frequency, and making them less severe when they do occur. As time goes on and the nutrient levels in your body change, your outbreaks will occur less frequently and be less severe and long lasting when they do.

People who are married deserve to have great marital happiness and fulfillment but often problems do occur in the course of the marriage and then the services of an experienced marriage counselor may be needed to help them to identify their problems and get their marriage back on solid ground again.
There are various reasons why people who are married have to seek marriage counseling. The number of different personality types means that there are many psychological permutations between two different people and when conflicts in their marriage arise it can be extremely difficult to handle the varying emotions and outlooks of the two people involved. The vast majority of marriages are faced with problems at some stage and it is sad to note that many marriages are so crippled by them that they end ignominiously in the divorce court.
Marriage counseling can be quite effective in many cases and can often prevent a marriage from totally breaking down but some marriages are so far gone that they cannot be saved no matter how hard one tries. A marriage is basically a partnership when all is said and done, and for it to be saved requires that both partners are really sincere about wanting the marriage to survive else there is very little point in trying to save it.
Sadly, marriage counseling is usually sought only when the marital situation is in crisis and it may have taken many years to reach that stage. Many married couples have managed to keep their problems bottled-up inside but eventually a trigger event makes these problems burst into life and forces the couple to realise that something drastic has to be done to prevent the marriage from finishing up in the divorce court. That is when the services of an experienced marriage counselor may be the only way to save the marriage.
Usually, both husband and wife go to a number of counseling sessions together to discuss their marriage problems. The marriage counselor will try to help them to understand their problem and then the marriage counselor will work with them to find solutions to the problem.
Studies into marriage counselling have indicated that it can have a beneficial effect on the health, both mental and physical, of an individual and can improve the relationship between a husband and wife.
The mere act of going to a marriage counselor, however, is no guarantee that things are going to work out fine because no one can make two people in conflict get along together unless there are some changes made in the attitude of at least one, if not both, of the two persons involved. No marriage can be rescued if the couple fail to open their minds and accept the possibility that they may be partly to blame for the marriage breakdown.
In the final analysis, like anything worthwhile, it will take constant attention to keep something running smoothly and marriages are no different in that respect. Remember this and you should never have to see a marriage counselor.

What is ” The Law of Attraction” ?
The Law of Attraction Simply states that whatever we Focus on will be drawn to us.
The “Nut and Bolts” of the Law of Attraction
The universal law of attraction starts in our minds mixed with our emotions. As You are aware thought and emotions are energy. We can’t see the energy but science has proven that they exists. Our brain show ‘brain waves” when we are thinking and this can be displayed on the monitor of a brain wave machine. Our brain activity can be demonstrated in what science calls alpha-waves, beta-waves, theta-waves and delta-waves. These are all manifestation of energy. The law of attraction is best explained by briefly taking a look at Quantum Physics Quantum Physics. It is the study of the building blocks of the universe. Quantum Physics has proven that everything in this universe is made up of atoms, and atoms are made up of sub-atomic particles sometimes called quanta. These sub-atomic particles are nothing but concentration of energy.
It has become clear that everything in this universe is made of energy. The only difference between an atom of Iron and an atom of gold is that the atom of iron has energy that is vibrating at a different frequency to the energy of gold. It is clear that the reason why the same particles grow together is because they are vibrating at the same frequency.
How the Law of Attraction work?
In order to explain how the Law of Attraction works we need to understand what thought are.
Thoughts are Vibrational Energy and a very potent form of energy. That means that it will be attract to other energy with the same frequency. when we hold a thought in our mind or the picture of an item we would like to attract then the picture in our mind (thought) is at the same frequency of the item we are attempting to attract. This is a very simplified explanation of how we attract things to us.
How to implement the law of attraction
step 1: Determine what it is that you would like to Attract hold a picture in your mind. Step 2: Hold the picture in your mind for as long and as often as possible Step 3:See yourself enjoying the thing you would like to attract e.g. If it’s a new car see yourself driving in the car waving to your friend. See yourself driving the car to a favorite place.
How to activate the law of attraction? The simplest way to activate it is to hold a mental picture of what you desire as long as possible and as often as possible. Feel that you already have what you want with certainty; you will see it quickly in your physical life.
There are self help motivation book available which will give more information on the law of Attraction.

Why do millions of dollars go to authors who write about finding happiness or being happy? The truth is that not several individuals are happy. Are you one of those who are not happy?
Recently, a survey was constituted towards discovering the happiest individuals on the earth. Why would resources be pumped into discovering that sort of information unless the state of being happy was challenging to come to?
You actually don’t have to join those who are in a perpetual state of unhappiness. Being happy is all about deciding that you want to be happy. It is not a state that is robotically attained. To be happy and truly so, you should adhere to the following:
• Acceptance: Most of our emotions that are negative in nature stem from frictions that arise as a end product of social interactions. Most a times, friction in relationships take place whenever there is a trial to change someone into your ideal image of how you want the person to be. To be happy, you should learn to accept individuals the way they are and actually appreciate their differences.
• Avoid bad news: Don’t be like other individuals who can’t move a leg without getting an idea about what’s going on in the world. In case you haven’t noticed, news these days is bad news and that can be a real mood damper.
• Be grateful: Be grateful for small things such as getting home safely or possessing a house of rowdy children. When you adopt a grateful attitude, not much can get you down.
• Get in touch with your spirituality: The happiest individuals in the world are those who are in touch with their spirit nature. Being a member of a religious group can go a long way in helping you live a happier balanced life. You can’t be happy unless you select to be.
Ras Reed provides insightful articles about Self Improvement Books On Cd, or even Free Self Improvement Training on his website.
Happiness is a mindset that only you can control. By taking action one step at a time, you can help identify different ways that can make you feel happy. Sometimes you just need to remember what it feels like to be happy. That being said, is being happy really overrated? What do you think?

Irrespective of its hampering effects, anxiety disorders aren’t considered lethal. The anxious feeling is a natural phenomenon that occurs in response to stress and even helps to fight it out. In some cases, however, when stressful circumstances attain a level beyond the capability to fight it out, the anxiety produced take different dimensions and manifest in the form of annoying symptoms that demand treatment. They are then called as anxiety disorders. Such disorders occur commonly and so various treatment methods have been developed that helps regain normal life even after intensified anxiety attacks. To name some, medication and behavioral therapies are the major treatment options. In order to overcome the limitations faced by these methods, many natural ways to ease anxiety have been developed and are in use.
Concentrating on the Solution
Every problem has an effective solution. Finding the exact solution for a problem is one of the natural ways to ease anxiety. Most people go on only thinking about what’s going wrong in their lives instead of thinking about what can be done to set things right. Diverting your mind from the problem and focusing it on the solution can diminish the reasons that are responsible to create anxiety.
Focus on Logic
Basically, anxiety or stress is a product of our emotions. Whenever a situation- good or bad- comes up, our first response is with our emotion. Hence, the best solution to stress is to deal with the troubles logically not emotionally. The process won’t let the situation affect your personal life and also help you deal with the stress effectively.
Meditation
There is nothing more effective than meditation to control stress or anxiety. Meditation has a great impact on the thinking process and overall mental health. Deep breathing along with meditation is more effective. The duration of meditation session may range from 5 minutes to an hour. But the practitioners of meditation can get several health benefits.
Strategizing Daily life
Making a plan for your daily life may seem very common, but carefully organizing everything and prioritizing the important works are the best and natural ways to ease anxiety. Keep track of your presence and simultaneously try to plan your future.
Listening Music
Most people across the world love one or the other form of music. Music has a power to rejuvenate your mood and reset your mental state. Pick the kind of music that you love most. If your anxiety is due to minor, day-to-day problems, music can help you get rid of it quickly.
Enough Sleep
Undisturbed sleep, especially at the peak hours of night and maximum amount of possible rest is proposed for people affected by extreme anxiety and stress. Lack of enough sleep and rest causes shortened temper and irritability.
Finding a Hobby
Diverting your attention from the causal factors of anxiety may help a great deal. This is possible by focusing and doing things that pleases you. Hobby, as some people may find, is never a waste of time. Instead, it helps develop self-confidence and keep your spirits high because hobby is mostly something you are good at!
The above mentioned are the commonly employed natural ways to ease anxiety. Inculcating these ways into your daily lives will not only keep anxiety disorders away from you but also other diseases.
The natural treatment for panic attack takes time and patient to see result, as oppose to conventional cures for panic attacks that gives instant result in short term, but doesn’t really helps to fully recover the sufferer. Natural treatment is the answer for how to treat panic attacks effectively in the long term result.

What is Mercer or Staph Infection?
Commonly known as “Mercer”, MRSA (Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus) is a highly resistant bacterial disease. There are two types of mercer infection symptoms; one is hospital-associated MRSA, which is actually contracted at a hospital or other health care facility. The other is community-associated MRSA, which is often caught in group related environments and other places where direct skin to skin contact may occur. You can see more information here – mercer disease symptoms
So How does Mercer Occur? While staphylococcus bacteria are nearly omnipresent on our skin, the difference between an ordinary staph infection and a mercer staph infection is the antibiotic resistance of MRSA. Normally, mercer infection symptoms doesn’t cause any problems unless a cut or scrape allows the bacteria to take hold within the skin, thus causing an infection. Some mercer disease symptoms require antibiotics, while others will heal themselves. When the staphylococcus aureus bacterium becomes resistant to antibiotics, these are MRSA (or Mercer, if you will) infections – resistance is mainly due to the overuse of antibiotics for minor infections and failing to complete courses of antibiotic treatment. When mercer staph infection occurs, more intensive treatment will be required in order to cure the infection.
What are the symptoms of Mercer Staph Infection? The symptoms of an MRSA or mercer infection are the same as those seen in any other staph infection. The first sign of mercer infection symptoms will usually be small, reddish lumps which resemble spider bites or pimples. These may become abscesses, which will need to be drained by a physician. MRSA infections are generally confined to the skin; however, if they do get into other areas, they can cause life threatening infections in the bones, heart, lungs and even in the blood.
Treatments For Mercer An MRSA infection can often be treated successfully with topical treatments and by keeping abscesses drained.
There are however some antibiotics which can still effectively treat MRSA or mercer. The bacteria is not yet resistant to Vancomycin among a few other antibiotics – It is hoped that these antibiotics will remain capable in treating mercer.
How To Prevent Mercer Infections Hospitals are working hard to combat mercer infections by implementing improved sanitation and also by isolating patients who have MRSA to help reduce the spread of the infection. Some healthcare practices are also using antibiotic latex gloves and even catheters, as well as emphasizing proper hygeine and thorough hand washing by all hospital staff and visitors.
As for community-related MRSA infections, better hygiene and sanitation can prevent the spread of staph infections. Thorough, regular hand washing is crucial; the use of hand sanitizers which contain alcohol can also be effective. Towels and other items which come into contact with the skin should not be shared and all wounds should be well bandaged to prevent spreading MRSA or mercer.
If you have a skin infection, ask to be tested for Mercer.
