Maintaining a positive attitude is probably what most of us are searching for in life. After all, the personal development gurus always mentioned that your attitude in life determines your altitude in life.
As easy as it may sound, however maintaining a positive attitude does required some hard work from our part. And in reality, many of us are actually struggling to attain that.
Do you know what exactly constitutes a positive attitude? I am quite surprised that many people do not exactly know what the word “attitude” actually means. Honestly speaking, how can one seek to improve his attitude in life if he does not even know what “attitude” all about?
And thus, that brings us to:
Positive Attitude Help #1:
You cannot manage what you cannot understand. Thus, the first step to you improving on your attitude is to know what constitutes an attitude. Attitude is defined as a complex mental state involving beliefs, feelings, values and dispositions to act in certain ways. To change your attitude, you have to put work hard on your belief and value systems and your emotional IQ. And now, having know what you can change, lets move on to?
Positive Attitude Help #2:
Recognize who you want to associate more often and who you want to limit your association. As much as we want to, not all relationships are created equally. Birds of the same feathers flock together. By actively seeking out and associating yourself with people who holds more empowering beliefs and values, you will be in a better position to achieve a positive attitude and success in life by mingling around with them.
Positive Attitude Help #3:
Know how to deal with your time. Everyone is given 24 golden nuggets per day, no one is exempted. Therefore it is up to us to decide how we want to utilize them to further improve our life and the lives of others.
Positive Attitude Help #4:
If you noticed, having a great attitude in life involves great amount of mind power. Possessing a positive attitude all starts in the mind. A healthy, positively charged mind will atomically translate to a positive outlook of life.
And to own a healthy mind, one has to first own a healthy physical body which evolves from having a healthy lifestyle. Learn how to effectively manage the stress in your life, refrain from any potentially harmful drugs and getting a moderate amount of exercise very week are some of the examples how one can build a healthy mind and physical body to attain a positive attitude and outlook of life.
Like every other skills, nurturing a positive attitude in life requires some work from your part. You have to actively seek to replace your limiting beliefs and negative self talks with more empowering and positively-charged ones.
The 4 positive attitude help formulas can only lay the foundation for you. However, you still have to “do your own pushups” should you want to see astonishing miracles in your life, literally.

The letter, dated Nov. 3 and signed by her family physician, Cathy Baldwin-Johnson, who is on staff at the Providence Alaska Medical Center, says that the Alaska governor is in “very good health” and has “no major medical problems.”
Baldwin-Johnson has served as the governor’s family physician since 1997 and Palin has sought medical attention from the clinic since 1991. “Her visits have been related to routine women’s health care and pregnancy,” Baldwin-Johnson writes. Read More?

THIS IS PART 4 OF THE PROGRAM.
Opening the Heart Chakra
Crossing of the arms in a perticular way completes a circuit that directly affects the heart chakra.
1. Sit comfortabley, relax and go into a meditative state.
2. Cross your arms as in the example in my photo albums under Heart Chakra. Your hands should be touching your shoulders near your arm pits.
3. Position your hands so your thumb connects with your ring and little finger, leaving your index and middle fingers pointed straight. Photo under my albums!
4. Take a deep breath and nod your head so your chin is gently pressed into your chest. Keep your chin firmly against your chest during each exhale, only raising your head to inhale.
5. Focus your attention on your heart chakra. Exhale and vibrate
AH-AH-AH-AH-M-M-M-UH-UH-UH-N-N-N
Focus your attention on your heart chakra.
6. Extend the N-N-N-N-N until you have completely exhaled. Try to adjust the tone so you feel it in the middle of your chest where your heart chakra is located.
7. Repeat eight times.
8. Visualize the image in my albums under heart chakra, where your heart chakra is and yourself engulfed in a vibrant green aura and focus your attention on feeling your heart chakra for several minutes.
Try to adjust the tone so you feel it in the middle of your chest where your heart chakra is located.
This really is the most important chak in the body so take your time and this is why this meditation is all on its own.
We hear this message of “love”, of how the heart chakra is the “love” chakra – compassion, self sacrifice, giving, etc. This is a delusion, a delusion to prevent us from knowing its true power.
The heart chakra is the powerhouse of the soul.
The heart chakra has power over anger, courage, fear and dynamic energy. This energy can be explosive. The element of fire rules the heart and increases the adrenalin for a fight or flight response. The heart chakra is the center of our offense and defense, it is where we can attack with aggression or run. The heart chakra under will and controlled breathing techniques can warm the body to resist extremes of cold. When directed, the heart chakra can fill us with vigor, vitality, fearlessness and confidence. A powerful heart chakra enables us to enjoy life more fully.
It is the connection point between the upper and lower chakras, like the corpus collossum connects both hemispheres of the brain.
The upper chakras deal with the astral; astral sight and telepathy, connecting with others psychically and transferring one’s will, sending receiving telepathic messages (3rd eye), astral hearing and communication (throat) and astral knowledge and understanding of the universe (the crown).
The lower chakras deal with earthly matters- survival (base), sexuality, creativity (2nd) and the will, rebellion (3rd).
The heart chakra is where we have our life’s purpose. Because it is so important, it is where the enemy usually attacks. The Gods and Pharaohs of Ancient Egypt are often seen with their arms crossed over their chests. This symbolizes protection of the all important heart chakra.

Opening the 8th and 9th Chakras
The true 8th and 9th chakras are the shoulder chakras. Opening these will align the soul and drastically open energy pathways to the palm chakras and greatly empowering them.
To open your shoulder chakras, all you need to do is to visualize them as in the illustration at the bottom. Focus and meditate on them for a few minutes. A feeling of aching, or pressure is a positive sign you were successful in opening them. This feeling can extend to your arms and can feel sort of like they are falling asleep.
Now, align your chakras. The correct alignment of the chakras is in the shape of an equal armed cross. Correctly aligning the chakras will drastically increase your power.
1. Begin with the base chakra and turn the cone so the point is upwards. I know those who have followed the program so far have done these steps but i have added these for the people who wish to browse.
2. Do the same with the sacral and solar chakras (2nd and 3rd).
3. Focus your attention on your crown chakra and turn the point down.
4. Do the same with your sixth and throat chakras.
5. Now, focus on your heart chakra and visualize two points coming together and intersecting as shown I the illustration above.
6. Finish by again focusing on your shoulder chakras and visualize them pointing inward.
Opening the 10th and 11th Temple Chakras
The 10th and 11th temple chakras are located right behind the temples, as shown at tyhe bottom, a bit forward from the tip of the ear, and are extensions of the 6th chakra.
To open these chakras, just turn your attention to each one and visualize it point facing in. Then do the same on the other side. A weird feeling of aching, heaviness, pressure, or aching is a positive sign you have correctly located and opened them. The temple chakras are extensions of the sixth chakra.
If you are having trouble with this, Just gently place some pressure with your fingers on these points. Take your fingers away and you will be able to focus on the correct points.
Opening the 12th and 13th Chakras
The hip chakras are the same on each side and at the center of the hip, standing sideways, As in pictures below.
To open these chakras, Go into a meditation, then just turn your attention to each one and visualize it point facing in. Then do the same on the other side.
A weird feeling of aching, heaviness, or pressure, is a positive sign you have correctly located and opened them. The hip chakras are extensions of the base chakra, but like the shoulder chakras in proximity to the heart, they are located a bit higher.

Information About the Mer ka Ba Meditation
There are many new age authors who write about and teach the Mer Ka Ba. The new age version is based upon a hexagram. The hexagram version was given to new age enthusiasts by the NWO. What the hexagram does is it establishes a geometric energy field that corresponds to the planet Saturn, of time, the lower octave of Saturn. The current system of time, based on the number 3 and 6, is out of sync with the vibrations of the earth and the universe, which are naturally 13 and 20, the 13 lunar months. Unbeknownst to many, the hexagram meditation is a conspiracy and is to the detriment of humanity. It has to do with the numbers and this is very complex.
The eight pointed star
is very ancient and based upon the octahedron. The octrahedron is an extremely important aspect of nature and is one of the primary archetypes of creation for all life. It is based on 13 circles of which the centers connect. It is also the basis of important informational systems in the universe. Within it are found all five of the Platonic Solids, the ”building blocks” of creation. The eight pointed star is also the symbol for the “Shambhala initiation,” the initiation of advanced Buddhist monks into the Kalachakra Tradition. This tradition preceded what most people know as Buddhism by thousands of years and is based upon the Tibetan “Bon” religion,
I will write this meditation out for all but this is not for beginers so i will write this at the correct time according to my meditation program. I know i cannot stop everyone from just jumping into the exciting stuff as to say, but at least i can do my bit by saying its best to start from the begining.
How to Clean Your Aura
Cleaning your aura is essential for spiritual hygiene. By cleaning your aura on a daily basis, you help protect yourself against psychic attacks and illnesses. A clean aura is charismatic and will encourage better relations with others. People will naturally be more considerate to one whose aura is clean and radiating with energy. Negative thoughtforms used in black magick and generated from the ill will, jealousy or anger of others attach to one’s aura and invite misfortune- accidents, illnesses and so forth. Cleaning the aura only takes a few minutes a day and is well worth it. When one is ill, depressed the aura is dirty and can take many meditations to clean. What is within reflects in one’s aura.
Ideally, one should clean the aura twice a day- upon awaking and before falling asleep at night. Cleaning your aura before you go to sleep is essential. The more people you come into contact with throughout the day, the more thoughtforms and energy will attach to your astral body and may result in problems. People’s astral bodies intermingle on a daily basis. Like viruses and physical germs, the astral body picks up energy.
To clean your aura:
1. Visualize a bright sun coloured light all over yourself. Hold this for One or more minutes. It doesn’t take very long.
2. Now, visualize the light even brighter and more intensified on each of your chakras, like a miniature sun.
That’s all there is to it. If you notice your aura or chakras are dirty, repeat the process. This exercise can alert you to any negative energy or psychic attacks and prevent them from manifesting.

Here comes the opening of the hand chakra’s
Opening the Hand Chakras
What this exercise does, when done consistently is to establish an energy circuit within the hand chakras. This energy can be used for healing, opening other chakras, applying energy or enchanting objects.” It also helps with telekinesis (moving objects with one’s mind and pyrokinesis (setting objects on fire using the powers of the mind and aura).
In order to advance with these abilities, a powerful aura is needed to act on the auras of objects.
This exercise should be done at least once a day to get your energy flowing freely through your hand chakras.
1. Sit comfortably and relax. Try to go into a trance as the deeper the trance and level of concentration, the better the results, especially when beginning this exercise. After an energy current within the hand chakras is open and flowing, this can be done anywhere at will.
2. Put your hands facing each other, fingertips almost touching and relaxed. (Your fingers can be slightly bent as in the illustration at the bottom).
3. With the pad of your thumb, press into the palm of each of your hands, right in the hollow part.
5. Now, focus intensly upon your hands, especially your palms. Feel the area you pressed in with your thumb.
6. Keep focusing all of your concentration and begin to feel a warm glow and energy between your palms.
7. Begin to move your hands an inch or two apart slowly and back again to where your fingertips are almost touching. Try to feel the energy between the palms of your hands. The more you practice and the stronger your energy becomes, keep moving your hands in and out, further and further apart until you can feel your energy as far apart as two or more feet.
8. Now, visualize a ball of sun coloured hot fire as in the picture below. Later on, you can use colors. Feel the heat and energy from this ball of fire between your hands. This may feel as a tingling or throbbing. For some people, it may even feel cold. The important thing is to get this energy flowing and to FEEL it.
Now let your arms hang down and relax. Focus on energy flowing down your arms into your hands. This may feel tingly and your lower arms and hands may feel pumped. This is a sign the energy is flowing. Now repeat steps 5-8 above.
9. Do the above exercise 4 times.
This exercise should be done every day for as long as it takes to really open your hand chakras and establish a permanent flow of energy. With the proper practice, you should be able to feel powerful energy between your hands when your hands are more than a foot apart.

Many of us are familiar with diseases that are routinely discussed in the news, including the seemingly innumerable physical maladies and ailments impacting the mind. For some like Shingles, however, we have little informational exposure to, and it can consequently catch us ill-prepared to recognize its symptoms.
Shingles disease is often known as Zoster or Herpes zoster. It’s a condition in which painful blisters develop and show up on the skin. The root cause is the same virus that results in chicken pox. This virus is the “varicella zoster virus” or VZV. If you’ve had chicken pox as a child, then you are at a higher risk for developing shingles later in life.
Basically, when a person contracts the chicken pox, a small amount of the VZ virus will remain in their body. Then, once the patient’s immune system is weakened either by aging, stress or an immune system deficiency, the disease may return and attack the nervous system.
To find out more about the Shingles disorder, including how to identify the symptoms of the disease and prevent its spread, read on.
Shingles Symptoms and Signs
Shingles typically begins with a low grade fever that can last for up to six days. An individual will also experience ongoing fatigue, lethargy, possible headaches, occasional digestive problems, aches, pains and even chills. And though, eventually the person will develop a rash, it is at this stage that the patient or a doctor may misdiagnose the disease as the flu.
However, eventually the patient will start to exhibit small and often painful blisters that run in a straight line along the back. These blisters are the most common symptoms of Shingles.
Why It’s Important to Treat Shingles
Shingles and the VZV can directly affect the nervous system leading to issues and other medical problems throughout the body. It’s critical to seek treatment swiftly before the disease progresses.
Those at High Risk for Shingles
If you had chicken pox as a child then you are in a higher risk bracket for developing Shingles. The disease most often attacks people who are 50 and older and is common in patients suffering from other diseases or conditions that affect the immune system, like cancer, HIV or AIDS.
What to Do if You Have Shingles
Shingles are often contagious, so precautions should be taken to protect family members and others in close contact with the patient. When sores or blisters are present, they should be covered at all times, and bedding and clothing should be washed separately.
Another tip to alleviate the pain and discomfort associated with Shingles disease is to avoid exposure to direct sunlight and try to stay in a cool, dry room as much as possible. Also, avoid scratching the rash. Finally, the best thing you can do is to strictly follow the regimen assigned to you by your doctor.

The Economic Downturn Can Bring Panic Disorders Anxiety
Anxiety is one of the emotions that is really covering up some other problems in your life. People who have panic attacks can often have a lot of scary thoughts that make no sense to them. For example, they may have some enormous feelings of depression that they don’t reveal to anyone else. I have a friend who was scared of strangers. She couldn’t hide her fear because in our town we had so many apartments with people coming and going all of the time. Everything she needed was within walking distance of her apartment. She was so fearful of going out that she would order her meals and groceries to be delivered so she wouldn’t have to leave the house. Finally, She went to see a therapist and it turned out her real anxiety was due to some suppressed mental health issues related to her family life. It seems odd at first glance, but anxiety often operates like a self-defense mechanism.
When You Should Look Out For Panic Disorders Anxiety Symptoms
If you have unreasonable fear of something you might want to consider that your panic is covering up another problem. The anxiety works to distract your mind. It’s like displaced anxiety. Most of us can figure out what the real problems are in our lives if we just open up our minds to the truth. But you will have to make a commitment to deal with the honest truth.
Social anxiety can present as extreme fear of a very particular social situation. It can also impact all aspects of a life outside of the house. In some extreme cases, people might try to completely remove themselves from any and all stressful situations that have been known to trigger extreme feelings of fear.
If the social anxiety condition is properly diagnosed and treated, there is a very good chance a person can overcome the situation. In many cases , a combination of medications and/or therapy will be prescribed to help a sufferer regain control over their life and social situations. Being a little apprehensive in public situations is not at all abnormal. If there is a family history of mental health issues , this can play a role in helping determine the right treatment for anxiety.
The Symptoms Of Panic Disorders Anxiety
Since many of the symptoms of social anxiety also mimic life-threatening and serious physical conditions, it is almost always advised that a physician be the one to determine the root cause. Even if the triggers are “obvious” social anxiety, such as an extreme fear of strangers, being in public or going to job interviews, a physical evaluation is almost always called for.
With an estimated 40 million Americans living with the impacts of stress, the need for proper treatment is evident. Mental illness can create symptoms that make getting through everyday life difficult at best.
